Project Overview

This traditional residential development comprises fifty seven units on an agricultural field which means the surface water runoff is limited to “greenfield” rates. The drainage system use an online storage tank to slow down water at a controlled rate into the watercourse at the bottom of the fields – a sustainable urban drainage scheme!

The rest of the site follows the simple pattern of mass concrete trench footings to support some distinctive housing that makes up the new estate.
