About Dudleys

“When did you last get the opportunity to contribute towards the growth of a Business?”

Dudleys is a privately owned, dynamic Civil and Structural Consultancy looking to grow in Manchester
and across the North-West Region and we are seeking a high quality Civil Engineering Design / Project
Engineer to assist with our ambitious growth plans.

We value people, quality and life and we want the best people to work in our Team and our Business is
centred around our 3 core values:
• Presentation is Key
• We work as a Team
• There’s more to life than work

What We’re Looking for

We’re ambitious and we want like-minded people to help grow our Development Planning / Civil
Engineering Team in Manchester.

We embrace growth and innovation and if you’re a dynamic Engineer looking for somewhere that will
allow you to grow and develop then we want to hear from you.

The right attitude and a keenness to learn are vital – we are a small Business and everyone plays a key
role in maintaining the high standards we expect of ourselves.

Our workload is varied and growing and embraces all aspects of Commercial, Industrial and Residential
Development, from the early stages of appraisal and feasibility through to detailed design and delivery
and you could expect to be involved in anything and everything, working closely with and under the
mentorship of our Technical Director to deliver a top class service to our clients.

Attitude and behaviour are key attributes as well as the ability to work within a small team, but technical
skills are important too and we would expect the individual to be competent in the following:

• Civil3D
• Causeway Flow
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft office
• Use of Local Authority and Water Industry design guidance
• Detailed design of highway and drainage schemes
• Knowledge of the S38 and S104 Technical Approval processes
• Excellent communication skills

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious Business and be part of our North-West
growth plans right at the outset. We look after our people and want to provide an environment that allows
individuals to express themselves and fulfil their ambitions.

If your ambitions extend beyond where you currently are then get in touch and be part of this
transformation.
