Asda Fuel

We’ve worked with Contractors to help deliver a number of small scale local retail units for Asda across the country.

On new build schemes which often incorporates fuel outlets, the shop design is an efficient steel framed cladded building over simple raft foundation which can then be used repeatedly to many locations irrespective of the ground conditions – this helps to speed up the Contractors programme of deliver. These sites are generally developed over contaminated land and need to be developed with consideration to a sustainable urban drainage (SUDS) approach.

Refurbishment schemes generally require adaption of the existing site constraints whilst within a live public operating environment.
