Project Overview

The Infinity and Vivo developments in conjunction with Stockton-on-Tees Council saw the north bank  contaminated riverside sites returned to use.

Phases 2 & 3 are “Homezone” schemes of 76 & 82 two and three storey housing units on a modern mews development footprint – no dedicated paths and roads, it’s all shared space! This lead to challenges regarding construction profiles, levels and drainage collection.

The reclaimed and infilled heavy industrial site sitting over river silts required a piled foundation solution to be used –  we optimised the pile layout to work with a configuration of just ten ground beam types across the whole site to provide a rapid and repeatable form of foundation construction, whatever the house type or obstruction.
