The scheme unlocks a partially developed parcel of land, sat within a wider residential area.

Extensive consultation was required during the planning process to manage the requirements of various consultees and sought to retain as many existing trees as possible, whilst also improving existing drainage ditch feature to the northern boundary of the site.

Due to challenges presented by draianage outfall levels, careful co-ordination was undertaken with the developer to ensure that the initial build phase could be constructed via a gravity drainage system, prior to the installation of the wider site pumped drainage system.
