Putney energy

The redevelopment of a former pfs in Putney was complicated by the fact that a London Underground rail-line runs directly under the centre and length of the site. Significant coordination was needed with LU to ensure the foundations from EV zones, main shop, canopy and tank farm did not cause distress to the arch tunnel head that was 2.50m below ground

In addition, the local councils strict requirements for SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage) required below ground attenuation systems to be installed around all the  other site services, for which there were many!

Very careful coordination was the key aspect to the redevelopment of this site.
