Project Overview

The development knows as Fabrik will deliver 216 apartments and a basement car park in this latest development for property developer Oakapple Group.

The residential development is part of the Holbeck Urban Village in the south bank area of the city.

Construction started on site in summer 2019 using a pile supported basement and concrete framed ground and first floor podium to carry the load-bearing lightweight steel wall with concrete floor system for levels one to fourteen. Externally the building is finished in masonry, springing off multiple masonry support angles tied back to the Metfab system.
