Our experience within the traditional low-rise residential sector covers a wide range of project scales, ranging from a handful of units through to several hundred units.
Dudleys work with a range of residential developers from 500 plots down to 5. During our time working on these sites we’ve experienced the full range of design constraints – flat sites, steep sites, mineshafts and unexploded ordnance, there aren’t many things we have not experienced in the near 20 years of supporting housing developers to convert brown and green field sites into coordinated and appealing housing sites.
Dudleys has provided design to the full package of services required by Developers, designing and achieving Section 38 & 278 approvals to Highways, Section 104 & 185’s to Water Authority sewer systems and incorporating SUDS methods to improve the surface water drainage sustainability to all these sites.
Dudleys aspiration is to provide comprehensive advice to assist the projects development at the right time and keep the developer well informed of potential risk areas. The expectations of planning authorities as to how these sites are delivered is continually evolving and we work closely with all members of the design team and developers to ensure a co-ordinated and holistic approach is maintained throughout.
