Leeds Business School Branding Competition Winners 2025

We never thought we’d win an award for branding and certainly not what you’d expect from a bunch of engineers!

Brilliant to get some recognition of all the subtle work that has been going on behind the scenes at Dudleys Consulting Engineers. Over the last year or two, we’ve been making a concerted effort to raise our profile and build a culture that reflects what we do. It’s great to see how some of the ideas we start with then get taken so much further with engagement from the whole team.

This all follows on from what started with the Help to Grow: Management Course, supported through continued engagement at The Knowledge Exchange (TKE) at Leeds Beckett University, which is facilitated through the hard work of Olga Munroe and Vee Zmudzka (it’s quite tricky to take a good photo of a glass award!)

A lot of what we aim for is consistency and steady progress, nudged in the right direction by a few others along the way One Degree North, Louise French and Jill Atkins- Mackley OLY 👏

And definitely a far cry from Peter’s childs attempt at re-branding of the logo once upon a time…..
