AAA Park Moor Park 25

Business park development comprising 180,000 sq ft of development space, being phase two of a logistics development at Moor Park 25 in Mirfield. The development area staggered the high wall of former open cast coal mine workings and had four recorded mine shafts.

Dudleys undertook an extensive enabling package of works which required a robust earthworks specification to define appropriate construction parameters and our collaborative approach to the review and monitoring process associated with the ongoing validation of the works helped to avoid delays within a tight delivery timeline.

The scheme was challenged by works progressing during the pandemic, however the project was handed-over to tenants within the space of 12months from starting on site.
