Project Overview

Phases one & two to Hungate comprised design of two distinctly individual seven storey traditional flat slab reinforced concrete frame buildings with basements plus pedestrian footbridge over the River Foss – it’s been an exciting project!

There’s been a good deal of coordination to make this development work with consideration to the archaeological treasures under (even Tony Robinsons “Time Team” filmed at the site!), plus major sewer diversions and highways closures to accompany the main building developments.

Presently we’re designing the adopted infrastructure layout to the next phases of the development.
