This can include consideration of deflections & dynamic floor response to sensitive equipment, additional ceiling support elements for hoists/equipment, underfloor service routing requirements, heavier acoustic barriers for privacy, etc. all of which go beyond the requirements typically expected for similar buildings in another sector.
