BIFFA Recycling Plant
The Horsham recycling plant looked to recycle road sweepings from the county which once delivered through an aggregate processing plant with conveyors, screens, agitators, trommels and separators to deliver segregated graded gravels that can be resold to market (ie “where there’s muck there’s brass!”).
Dudleys involvement was to provide the Engineering design beneath all the equipment; providing plant supports, plinths, foundations, floor slabs for heavy working plant, retaining walls to bunded material all provided through designs onto engineering drawings for reinforced concrete, groundworks, site levels and drainage systems, all whilst working adjacent a live railway line.
